No-Vig Calculator
Remove the margin from two-way or three-way betting odds. Compare price-implied probabilities with proportional no-vig probabilities and fair American and decimal odds.
Enter the offered odds for every outcome in one market. The proportional method scales their implied probabilities to a total of 100%.
Use prices from the same event, line and settlement rules. American: -110 or +150. Decimal: 1.91. Fractional: 10/11. Changing format clears every price.

Method: proportional normalization. The results describe the prices you entered after removing proportional margin; they do not establish the true chance of an outcome or prove a profitable bet.
Include every mutually exclusive outcome covering the whole market. Use matching event, line and settlement terms. Results are rounded for display and exclude fees, taxes, promotions and live execution. No-vig estimates depend on the method and input prices.
How to use the no-vig odds calculator
- Choose a two-way market, or a three-way market when a draw or another third outcome is possible.
- Select an odds format and enter the offered price for every outcome of the same market.
- Compare the offered probabilities with the no-vig reference prices. Read overround and theoretical hold as pricing measures, not forecasts or guaranteed profits.
Example: -110 on each side implies about 52.38% per outcome, totaling 104.76%. Proportional normalization gives 50% each, with no-vig odds of +100 or 2.0 decimal. Overround is about 4.76 percentage points; theoretical hold is about 4.55%.

How are no-vig probabilities calculated?
Convert each price to decimal odds, take its reciprocal, then divide that implied probability by the sum for the complete market. The normalized probabilities total 100% before display rounding. Their reciprocals give the no-vig decimal odds.
Are these the true probabilities of winning?
No. They are estimates inferred from the entered prices under a proportional margin assumption. Different de-vig methods can produce different answers. Prices may be stale, biased or incomplete; this tool does not predict results.
When should I use a three-way market?
Use it when three mutually exclusive results cover the full market, such as home win, draw and away win. Leaving out a possible result makes the normalization misleading. Do not mix prices from different lines or markets.
How do overround and theoretical hold differ?
Overround is the sum of implied probabilities minus 100%, expressed in percentage points. Theoretical hold divides that excess by the full probability sum. At -110 / -110 they are about 4.76 points and 4.55%, respectively. Neither guarantees realized operator profit.
